Job Description:
Support Total Rewards team in the delivery of compensation and benefits activities;
In charge of time management system and ensure system issues are resolved;
Ensure that monthly no pay leave report is collated and submitted to payroll according to timeline;
In charge of insurance matters related to welfare of employees such as WICA, Group Hospitalisation & Surgical policy and Group Term Life;
Ensure successful delivery of projects according to targets set such as health screening;
Coordinate COVID-19 related matters such as swab test and vaccination for site personnel according to requirements set by government agencies such as MOM and BCA;
Seamless and accurate delivery of HR services to agreed standards including timely identification and problem resolution; and
Support the unit in review of process and procedures by leveraging on technology to ensure HR practices are up to date and in line with industry practices.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
Preferably with experience in construction or related industry;
Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels;
A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently;
Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines; and
Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
