The whistleblowing policy allows both internal and external business stakeholders to highlight concerns over serious breaches of the code of conduct by employees as well as corrupt, fraudulent and illegal practices within the organisation. Confidentiality arrangements are in place for whistle-blowers to raise concerns about actual or potential improprieties without fear of reprisal, discrimination, or adverse consequences in any form, and for these matters to be remediated or mitigated promptly.
